Spring Expansion with Ester Braga & David Schäppi

The event:

It will be an intense dive throughout the elements of Attunement practice, an opportunity to share time and space within a diverse group of people, to meet through the body and cultivate together sensitivity, awareness, care and availability. We will be completely surrounded by beautiful nature with a stunning view on the lake; this will give us the freedom to practice and play outside too. We wish to gently expand supported by Spring qualities, a moment of blossoming, welcoming the change and new waves of renovated energies. 

Schedule:

Tuesday: Arrival possibile from the morning and bring your own Lunch to share with everybody… We start in the afternoon around 4pm !

Wednesday - Saturday: morning and afternoon classes (6 hours p/d) & evening activities/Jam !

Sunday: Last morning session, lunch and departure during the afternoon

We are happy to welcome you for the third time in the new Eco Villaggio Alpe Pianello above the Lago Maggiore in provincia Varese, Italy (very close to the border to Ticino/CH).

Contribution:

Our wish is to make it accessible to everyone so we propose a transparent sliding scale that is composed out of two parts:

👉For the FOOD (3 delicious vegan meals p/d) + ACCOMMODATION and expenses there are 4 options:

- Tent/Camper  315  Euro

- Shared room   340 Euro

- Privat room      390 Euro

👉 For the class we propose a sliding scale between 600 CHF/Euro - 250 CHF/Euro that you can pay on the last day

If you can afford a higher contribution you help others to participate
